I started The Family Foundations Agency in 2023, as I transitioned from a stable decade-long career as a Nanny, to the world of birth workers. I know first hand how scary, even risky, it can feel to branch into a new industry, especially one that is often led by solo-entrepreneurs, who somehow seem to be successfully winging it.
I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to wing it with us!
In 2024, when The Family Foundations Agency celebrated its first business anniversary, I found myself in a daunting position — I could continue turn away clients because I was constantly too booked, or find a way to build a team of providers who could support families across Arizona, and elevate the way families experience postpartum.
What started out as one provider, quickly grew to three, then five, then ten, and now we're working with professionals across the country, connecting them with clients needing birth support, postpartum support, and newborn care.
Over the last three years, through growth and perseverance, Family Foundations has supported more than 100 families through peaceful births, nourished postpartum periods, and restful nights with baby’s sleeping through the night. We've become a trusted name in family’s homes.

Required Qualifications:
Trained, with a certificate of completion as a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, or Newborn Care Specialist
Minimum of three years of experience in birth and postpartum work, or a related field such as child care, caregiving, or a medial profession

Copy of all certifications and trainings you wished to by recoginzed for
Up-to-date CPR & First Aid Certification
Desire to be an active part of our team and company, which includes the promotion and marketing of Family Foundations
Must undergo a background check and/or supply your Fingerprint Clearance Card or be Trustline Certified
Ability to commit to 1-year contract with The Family Foundations Agency
Be a trustworthy, reliable, dependable, punctual provider with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing support
