From Postpartum Survivor to Postpartum Doula
Bryn is a dual-certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, as well as a Certified Postpartum Nutrition Specialist, with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting families inside their homes. She is also a mother of three, living in the East Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. Her role as a mother has shaped not only her life, but the heart behind her work.
Her path into postpartum care wasn’t just professional—it was deeply personal.
In 2017, Bryn experienced postpartum depression and anxiety while navigating sleep deprivation and pregnancy loss, all within a season that was meant to feel joyful. Like so many mothers, she found herself without the level of support she truly needed.
That experience changed everything.
It gave her a firsthand understanding of how vulnerable the postpartum period can be, and how transformative it is when a mother feels supported, seen, and cared for in her own home.
Today, that lived experience is woven into every aspect of her work.
In addition to leading Family Foundations, Bryn continues to work directly with families—providing hands-on support, education, and immediate relief during one of life’s most tender transitions. Her approach is rooted in both professional expertise and real-life understanding, offering care that is practical, compassionate, and deeply attuned to each family’s needs.
Beyond her work with clients, Bryn is actively involved in the doula, newborn care, and nanny communities, where she mentors providers and advocates for higher standards of care across the industry.
She also leads semi-annual diaper drives supporting women and infants in group homes throughout the Phoenix area. Her most recent drive collected over $5,000 in essential supplies, with contributions coming from families across the country.
Bryn’s mission is simple, but deeply meaningful: to create lasting, positive change in the lives of mothers navigating the realities of postpartum recovery and maternal mental health—both locally and nationwide.
Through in-home support, virtual care, and services like postpartum nutrition and meal preparation, she is committed to ensuring that no mother feels like she has to do this alone.
Extensively Trained. Deeply Experienced. Continuously Advancing.
With over fifteen years of hands-on experience supporting families in their homes, Bryn brings both professional expertise and lived understanding to every client she serves. Her training spans postpartum recovery, newborn care, and maternal mental health, allowing her to provide thoughtful, well-rounded support during one of life’s most vulnerable transitions.
