The Family Foundations Agency is built on the belief that both families and providers deserve to feel supported, respected, and thoughtfully matched.

As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to do impactful, heart-centered work—while being backed by a professional, growing agency that prioritizes quality care and strong relationships.

What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client — beginning in pregnancy, and throughout the first year of the baby’s life.

  • Support families through one of the most transformative moments of their lives.

As a Birth Doula with The Family Foundations Agency, you’ll provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to clients throughout pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period. Our doulas are calm, intuitive, and deeply client-centered—able to hold space while also confidently guiding families through their birth experience.

You’ll work with thoughtfully matched clients, ensuring alignment in values, communication style, and expectations.

This role is ideal for you if you:

    • Are certified (or actively working toward certification)

    • Feel confident supporting a variety of birth preferences and environments

    • Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and care teams

    • Value being part of a collaborative, supportive agency

  • Help families feel supported, confident, and cared for in the early weeks at home.

As a Postpartum Doula, you’ll provide in-home support focused on recovery, newborn care, feeding guidance, and emotional wellbeing. This role is equal parts hands-on care and gentle guidance—meeting families where they are without judgment.

Our postpartum doulas are nurturing, reliable, and highly attuned to the evolving needs of both parents and newborns.

This role is ideal for you if you:

    • Have hands-on newborn and postpartum experience

    • Are knowledgeable in feeding support (breast, bottle, or both)

    • Can confidently support overnight or daytime shifts

    • Bring a calm, grounding presence into the home

  • Provide expert-level care and overnight support for growing families.

Our Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) offer specialized, professional newborn care with a strong focus on sleep, feeding rhythms, and parental education. This role is best suited for experienced providers who are confident working independently and maintaining structured routines.

You’ll support families overnight or in extended care roles, helping establish sustainable rhythms and giving parents the rest they need.

This role is ideal for you if you:

    • Have significant newborn care experience (NCS certification required)

    • Are confident managing overnight care independently

    • Understand sleep shaping, feeding schedules, and newborn development

    • Maintain clear communication and detailed logs for families

  • Be a steady, trusted presence for older children during a growing family’s big moment.

As an On-Call Sibling Doula, you’ll provide flexible, responsive care for children while parents are at the hospital or birth center. This role requires adaptability, reliability, and the ability to step in quickly when a family goes into labor.

You’ll help maintain normalcy, comfort, and emotional support for siblings during a time of transition.

This role is ideal for you if you:

    • Are comfortable being on-call and responding with short notice

    • Have experience caring for multiple children of varying ages

    • Are calm, engaging, and emotionally supportive

    • Can confidently manage routines, meals, and bedtime

  • Amy Horton, NCS & PPD, says:

I first started working with Bryn and her agency years ago. I primarily work with her because of the environment she has created for us. We have holiday parties and other get togethers to get to know one another. I've gained several friends since working with the agency. If anyone has questions, someone else is always available to help. She really has our backs when it comes to handling situations, if they come up. I love working with her and the agency and I'm proud to call her my friend.

  • Nicole Sereno, NCS & PPD, says:

The BEST Agency! So glad you’re out here [Savannah, GA].
